Janis Mitchell, President and CEO of Precise Resource, said the collaboration will help support the organization in its growth. “I am thrilled to announce this partnership,” said Mitchell. “Our efforts will not only allow me to celebrate my heritage as an American Indian, but to also shine a light on all the work American Indian College Fund does in providing educational opportunities in the Native American Community.” The American Indian College Fund is a non-profit organization that awards over 6,000 scholarships annually to American Indian students who wish to better their lives through higher education. The American Indian College Fund also participates in the Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) Leadership Fellowship, providing $36,000 in funds for a Tribal College or University faculty member who is “All But Dissertation” (ABD) in their Ph.D. program in a STEM discipline.
